DATE: February 20th to the 22nd.
PLACE: Cocagne
Club: United ATV Club
Main Motel has very limited space, but there are other options nearby that will require some towing the bikes.
Main place will be Motel Cocagne. They only have 10 rooms available with 2 double beds and pull out couch and 4 rooms in the house with 1 king size bed.
They have 20 rooms in all, but 4 are apartments, so they are leaving a buffer of 3 rooms top floor and bottom floor so we don't bother the apartments.
If you are not going to share a room, try to book the room with only 1 bed first, as space is limited. The 2 bedroom rooms actually have the rooms separated with each a door.
Rates are $75 cash for the Rooms and $65 cash for the house rooms.
The MOTEL rooms have a kitchenette in them too.
Nearby, I found this place http://www.maisonmercocagne.com/rooms, I called, they say they are closed during winter. Maybe if they get many calls, they will open? 
Other options would be the motel in Shediac, it's only a 20 minute drive.

I was told the bigger rooms had 1 room only with 2 beds in it....not that it matter cause I got a single bed room. Bigger rooms also have a kitchenette...I'll end up in someone's room in the morning cooking bacon, so if you wake up to the smell of bacon and some guy in his tidy whities...worry not it's just me. Hands off the bacon and my tidy whities!

They are in Bouctouche and towing to Cocagne wouldn't be bad, or can tow across the bridge in Bouctouche and park your vehicle at the other side of the scales, the trail into Notre Dame are right there.
i'll keep posting places as I find them.
if you do book, please post here. There are 6 rooms there, and a barn you can leave your bike over night. you get a key to the barn.

I called http://www.maisonmercocagne.com/rooms, and they said opening if all rooms are booked is a possibility.
She's going to call me later today.
